Bow shock or artifact in video?

I was watching the STS-131 Shuttle launch that too place this morning on YouTube.
The video shows what looks like a bow shock at time marker ~1m 36s and then at ~1m 41s right as Discovery goes for "throttle up".
Is this a video artifact or a real shock as Discovery accelerates many times past the speed of sound?
