Google Mars Tours and WWT

I just played the Google Mars tours delivered in the latest release of Google Earth/Mars/Sky. The Ira Flatow (NPR Science Friday) one is simple amazing in the way it's done and in the way imagery and panoramas are used to tell a story.

These tours are comparable to the ones that I see on the World Wide Telescope, but the World Wide Telescope has made of "sky" in general its focus. So while the imagery from our solar system might not compare to what I saw from Google Mars, I must say that the sky features of GoogleSky are still "primitive" when compared to those of WWT, both in the number of surveys available and also on the ability to consume astronomical resources.
